Still no feedback

I wrote a complaint about a contract I purchased. Telkom responded quickly to say they would contact me (it would have been great if my initial query via the website had been responded to as quickly). I was given a reference number (SM153718), and was told I could contact Telkom via email if I had any further questions. I emailed to ask if I could be contacted via email instead of by phone. I am still waiting for a response.
