Still no delivery or refund.

I keep receiving emails from Telkom saying they are trying to reach me, but other than that no phone calls or any other e-mails. Been more than a month now. Money still not refunded and I suppose contract not cancelled. I reported this to consumer affairs as no response received from Telkom indicating that they are refunding my money or cancelling the contract due to no delivery a month after service was ordered.<br> <br> I don't want the product any more. I want nothing from Telkom except my money back.
