Still no contact from telkom

waiting weeks for telkom to come and sort out my phone line. Been given reference numbers but to no avail. Sitting with no landline and wifi for weeks . I have to pay for data out of my pocket yet I still have to pay telkom every month for a service I am not even using. I have to call from someone else's phone every time only to hear that they'll send a technician out, and guess what weeks later I'm still waiting. I have never been late with paying them so I expect them to be fair and sort this problem out immediately. It's sad that you have to run to hello peter and hope to get a response from them. Else it's just promises made to no avail!!! Pathetic! Horrible customer service! Not impressed!
