Still no contact from Telkom

Seriously this is the third complaint I have placed on Hellopeter about Telkom. They have as yet not bothered to contact me despite each time promising to do so. They even provide an email address for where you can contact them on but they do not respond to that email address either. When I complained for the second time on hellopeter they simply copy and pasted their previous comment with an assurance that someone will contact me. Seriously do the guys that work at Telkom and reply to the hellopeter posts actually believe what they are writing.
