Still no confirmation of downgrade of dsl service

<p>I have requested a service downgrade via other channels to no avail - hp being last resort as Telkom's own customer support are helpless? It would seems downgrades are harder to do than upgrades... Please advise as the longer this process takes , we are more likely to cancel the service altogether</p>
