Still no client service

<p>So finally a technician finally called me and I had to organise for someone to be at my home for nearly 3 hours they didnt show up. I cant have someone waiting at my house 24/7 and I also cant wait at the house for one day for someone to show up. They didnt even rescedule fro when they can come by again. Is this how they operate? If you cant be home then we cant help you? Its been 2 week and still I can't do any work or study online. And I have to use now all my mobile data to get stuff done at homr, will Telkom remburse me? No they wont. Cause they are more useless than our president or Eskom. </p>
