Still no call from Telkom

I app**** online for your March madness promotion and after filling out all details, which includes sensitive information, I was told I would be contacted soon.<br> <br> It had been 3 days and Telkom has called me, additionally when you visit the stores they tell you they are out of stock. The reason we fill out Online forms is to avoid going to stores but what is the point if you don't contact us. Clearly customers service is not an issue for Telkom.<br> <br> If this is how you treat potential customers, I can only wonder how your current customers are treated. Unimpressed.
