Still no call for uncapped LTE!!! Month and waitin

This is my third report on the same issue, why is it so hard to get someone to phone me regarding my successful LTE application? I get promised someone will call me and not one phone call!!! I'm am super frustrated and I cannot believe your service is so bad, thr worst service I have ever seen! I have made a bad mistake using telkom as my current provider and I will be cancelling my contract very soon if this does not get resolved! I'm sick to death trying to get hold of Telkom and vice versa! It seems impossible for Telkom to follow up on your clients! Enough is Enough! One month on and still no one has even bothered to call me, how can a client wait one month for a phone call???
