Still no better service

<p>I am trying to get a LTE demo arranged but after 2 weeks, numerous call me backs, a visit to the Telkom shop and 4 online requests I have not been able to get anyone to assist. It is as if no one at telkom knows about this however it is advertised everywhere!! Even if they call you back you end up being put on hold and eventually the call gets cut off... Three times! Really telkom? The Telkom shop in Alberton City is absolutely useless. On the other hand, could I really expect anything else.</p>
