Still no assistance with cancellation

<p>I canceled my line in Dec 2016 for early Jan 2017. I submitted all the paper work but yet I am still getting bills and it seems my line has not been canceled. I've called the call center repeatedly but I get no answer after being on hold for an hour.</p>
