Still No Assistance on Account

<p>As you can see on my history Telkom responded to each Hello Peter complaint logged that they will resolve my issue where I cancelled most of my services only asking for my number to be moved to a holding pool and they kept billing me for everything. Well nothing has been done to assist me and now I received this message (note that this amount is billed for services cancelled in Nov 2016) - DEAR TELKOM CUSTOMER:Our records indicate that ACCOUNT: ********** 41706 ( ********** 084 ) is in arrears in the amount of R3,116.28.Please pay not later than ********** 2 to avoid line to be cancelled.Thank You.Pinky Dlamini ********** 080</p>
