Still no Assistance 4 weeks later

<p>four weeks ago I lodged a complaint against lack of proper client service from telkom, and four weeks later I have not receieved any assistance whatsover. All I need is for the merchandise to be delivered to me as per the agreement. SUPER BAD SERVICE!!!</p>

Celiwe this is about the fourth complain lodged, in over a month Telkom has done nothing to solve this situation.
