Still No ADSL lines for years

<p>I've been applying for years for adsl lines. I live in Derby in the north west province. For years we've been applying. Other areas already have Bolt Speed they cant even give us ADSL. If they install the lines many people will pay for Internet usage. But Talkom only cares about big cities</p>
