Still no ADSL line - waiting since July 2015
App**** in July 2015 for standard voice line to be converted to ADSL line. After numerous calls to enquire was eventually told no infrastructure in my area but project completion date set for 29 October 2015. After numerous calls, I'm still waiting. No effort made by Telkom to let me know what's going on. How much longer am I expected to wait? No complaints mechanism available to me to escalate my frustration so hoping Hello Peter can help me, please.
