Still Misrepresenting Sales.
You guys completely misrepresented the sale for a pocket router together with what was suppose to be 20gigs of data. the price I agreed to did not matched what I got charged. The 20 gigs was in actual fact two separate contracts of 10 gigs each at a higher overall price. I was told this would all come with a free showmax subscription which also turned out to be at an additional charge. Truthfully If I knew which Ombud's man to go to I would have reported the lot of you guys, because for some reason I spoke to two separate agents and a manager to confirm details - so this leads me to believe all of this was deliberate.

Are you replying with this because they sold me the router? or are you referring to the call I just had with your agent to try and get the one 10gig sim I am settling for get activated? because I dont want to have to pay the return fee?
