Still lies and more lies - Day 10
<p>This is day 10.</p> <p>Still only have an email back from Busi at Telkom saying they will revert back to me. I have two reference numbers for the area outage in Goldman Street, Florida, Roodepoort. Nearest cross road 4th Avenue. A car crashed into the Blue Telkom box. The box is laying flat on the ground. No inspection of the box seems to have been done as it remains untouched.</p> <p>In the meantime, people and businesses must suffer.</p> <p>This is extremely poor service.</p>
Spent over 34 minutes on my cell phone to Telkom over the last three days trying to get information in the progress of this area fault. Just spoke to Wassiem from the Call Centre (says he is a supervisor). He said that he would call the area manager to enquire about the repair progress. I gave him my cell phone number as he promised to call me back with some feedback.
I am hoping that he will not disappoint me.
