Still haven't installed our Internet lines

Telkom assured us they will install our fibre to the home after we layed our piping and put in the points in the house....once we completed this telkom said they will be here on Monday 26 October. ..but its been over a week and countless phone calls....arrangements are made to make sure there is someone at home for them, yet they do not pitch....the service cannot be this bad...its really unprofessional and ridiculous
