Still haven't heard anything in over a month

Hi. I created a previous post and you told me that you created a ticket but I never heard anything back. <br> <br> Long story made very short. <br> <br> I app**** for a line in June. Was told I can only get a line on the 7th of August. On the 7th I plugged in my modem and the line was up. I had 2 weeks of Internet and then the line went down again. I was told by Telkom that the line was allocated to another customer and I now have to wait until the 30th of September. Telkom has been VERY unfair about this and my 3G bill is topping R3000. They don't offer me 3G How can you just take away someone's connectivity? <br> <br> Sort this out.
