Still have not been given my apple box but i have been billed for it!!!!

<p>when taking out the wifi i was not told that i have to wait so long for my apple box...I was told after 3 days i should go back and collect i have been into gateway stoire about 3 times... Everytime i go the lines are ridiculously long as there are not enough agents to assist. yesterday i went in an a lady assisted me and said the manager would call but i have still not received a call back 24 hours later.</p> <p> i have been billed for the aplle box and yet it is not in my usage...Please rectify the above problem because i am not waisting another sent on going all the way to gateway to fetch it and its not even in stock... DON'T ADVERTISE SOMETHING THAT YOU DON'T HAVE STOCK OF!!!!!!</p>
