still hassles with apple i phone getting no where at all

<p>I bought an apple i phone on contract with Telkom in Hillcrest the contract stated it was R299 per month. I already had a contract with Telkom for R145 per month which gave me 50 free smses a day that was on my number ********** 480. When i app**** for the contract for the apple i phone i was told that i couldnt use the same number and that the contract for R145 per month would have to be cancellled. But when i got home i found out that the assistant at Telkom had kept the same number and i therefore could have kept that R145 contract open and use that instead . I wanted to take the phone back because the password locked as she gave me the wrong password, it cost me R400 to get it unlocked and the assistant at Telkom hillcrest said she wouldnt take the phone back as the draw to placce the sms card was damaged (it took a guy two seconds to repair this) I was informed that i got free whatssup, free smses etc etc but i have now been hit with an account for almost R1000 on this phone and all i use it for is smses and whatsupp so what am i paying nearly a R1000 for when the contract states R299per month?????? The best thing to do here is to give me a cash price for this phone cancel the contract where i am paying almost R1000 a month and give me back the old contract for R145 per month asap</p>
