Still don't have my prize

So I entered the Idols Activation Competition at Cresta last year and got called on the 30th October 2014 to be told that I won the Sony Xperia Z1 cellphone. The lady said it would be delivered at the JHB CBD Telkom Mobile branch, as it is closest to me, ad I would be called to go fetch it. I even called the branch after waiting for a while, only to be told that they know nothing about any cellphone being delivered.<br> <br> All I want to know is what happened to the prize being delivered and why was the JHB CBD branch not informed about this. I would also like to find out if I will still be receiving the prize or not.
