Still debiting me after 3 months of cancellation

I'm utterly disgusted by telkom I haven't used them in over a year and September 2017 decided to cancel my account with them of which i got an automated response of how long it would take still TO THIS DAY i'm getting debited get your act together I will forever trash talk telkom they are useless and don't deserve anything of their clientele I can easily recommend a better ISP YOU ARE USELESS TELKOM!!!
