STILL CANT CANCEL TELKOM LINE

I have been trying to cancel my Telkom line for months. Have called multiple times, emailed and posted on this site before. And as usual no follow up. TELKOM are in breach of contract and have still billed me. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH TELKOM. There are many other options out there, rather use carrier ***eon as it will most likely be far more competent than the Telkom team I've dealt with. I would be ashamed to be part of such a useless organization. I followed all the necessary steps to cancel my line as per contract and they still refuse to cancel it!!! Does anybody have any advise? Is there any sort of class action happening?
