Still billed for a cancelled line

<p>I sold my business in June 2015. The new owner took over the telkom line and i cancelled my subscription with Telkom for other products. On the statement of 12 June 2015 I was in credit with an amount of R172,67 which should have been refunded back to me.</p> <p>Instead Telkom has been billing me for TI hosting for R30 per month. What is it they're hosting because I don't have any products with them. now the account is sitting at over R227.80</p> <p>I have sent numerous emails to ********** as advised from their call centre as they cant do it without the written notification.</p> <p>Please close this account with immediate effect.</p>
