Still Being taken for a ride.

You guys are the most *********** bunch of useless idiots I swear.<br> <br> I will be taking this to ICASA.<br> <br> I am honestly tired of the ****** service I am receiving from Telkom. I requested for a new line installation for more than 6 months. I am still waiting. Each time receiving an sms with an appointment scheduled. I take leave and nothing happens. A line was supposed to be installed on Friday the 2nd October but received an sms it being rescheduled. It was rescheduled to the 9th October and the ***** I am took leave once again. Guess what I received sms's that the technician is coming- call the call centre and they insist that the technician is coming. 5Pm another sms the technician is coming. Nothing happened and im still waiting for the line to be installed. Called the call centre earlier today and they telling me about a box that the technician goes to and not my house. <br> I am not asking for a loan or rocket science. Just get my line installed asap.<br>
