Still Being Debited but Accounts are Cancelled

that issue has been sorted out in Jan 17, your response is very late with regards to that,
the current issue is i was charged two upaid charges from my bank account after this account was closed , it is now april this money has not been returned to me.
i have contacted hello peter enough times regarding this ***
with no positve feedback, i have been to a store twice at musgrave centre dbn, been on the phone with Njabulo from Billing department he said a guy named Clive from back Office was going to call me, which hasn't happen to date and his was on 17/02/17
so if you can sort this current out .
