Still being billed ater 3 years of cancelled contract

<p>I cancelled my Telkom cellphone contract about 3 years ago and am still receiving a R42.68 bill. Telkom has been sneakily taking my money every month because I did not notice this amount being taken from my account. I want this off my name asap and want nothing to do with Telkom</p>
