Still been overcharged
Telkom has responded but still I am been billed for the sms bundle I have asked to be cancelled over 5 times now. Can you please do it for this time and another thing telkom gives me a miss call and then I receive an sms stating telkom tried calling if that's the case give me a direct number and I will call you.
