Still Awaiting Service

<p>Prior to my recent complaint to Telkom, it seems to have been ignored as I am still being tossed around with having my telephone line been attended too.</p> <p>It has been 2 weeks and Telkom has not sent a technician to look at my telephone line nor given me any indication if my line has been suspended or has a fault.</p> <p>I have been without a phone for 2 weeks and despite numerous calls to the call centre, a technician has not attended to the call.</p> <p>I have reached my limit of frustration and wonder if I should cancel my service with Telkom completely as they clearly are not interested in my business!</p> <p> </p>
