Still awaiting my refund after months of logging the call

Still awaiting my refund after months of logging the call, I was using a fiber line and moved to another location. where i stay now there is no infrastructure. they deducted money from my account and i requested a refund. they refunded me but went on to deduct money from my account. they taking me from pillar to post regarding my refund.
