Still awaiting my refund

<p>I had a data contract with Telkom which ended in May 2017. I then had an amount i was aware of which i needed to pay as my payment was behind, i paid more than the required amount as i wasnt sure how much i owed exactly. When i called in to find out if my payment reflects, i was told that it does and i have a credit balance. I later cancelled the contract as i didn't whish to renew anylonger but my credit balance is still not paid back. So I figured that when you owe them they follow you around, then i should do the same.</p> <p> </p>
