Still Awaiting Feedback On Cancellation

<p>My contract comes to an end on the 19-12-2016. I was requested by Ntombi Ntsindelo that I should send in my cancellation form one month in advance. On the 19-11-2016, the form was sent to Ntombi and ********** On the 25-11 I received an email from Lindani Shusha (LR) with ref number AI ********** to further assist. I still receive sms stating "your Telkom Mobile contract is coming to an end soon.Please click on the link to see your options pertaining to this contract". I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE CONFIRMATION IN REGARDS TO THE CONTRACT BEEN CANCELED. WITH THIS PATHETIC SERVICE I WILL NEVER WANT TO RENEW THE CONTRACT.</p>
