Still Awaiting Feedback for an Order, Over a month now

<p>I ordered two Apple cellphones on the 03/06/2017 for our business, I still have not recieved any feedback. The consultant's name is Zarina whom i sent all the relevant documents to. The most fustration was when i called in today to try and get feedback and spoke to the following people who took me from pillar to post for over 10 minutes and no one could assist: Kuben, Ntandokazi, Samuel and Fikile. </p> <p>Is this within your SLA's.</p>
