This is going on now for the last 3 months or even more. Payment is already made for this month (May) yet I still receive the sms.</p> <p>I am also waiting for Cynthia to reply on my email to expalin to me how my account is in arrears of R235.40.</p> <p>From the call center agents to the finance department, you guys have no ****ing clue on what is happening.</p>
