Still awaiting device

I actually can't believe Telkom. I ordered a device almost 3 weeks ago and i still have not received it despite being told it would be there by Friday the next the week i ordered it. I then decided to take the social media approach as i had called the call center a number of times and no one there actually knows how to do anything and that is if anyone ever answers. No one has done anything despite one message asking for my ID no. so they could track my order.<br> On top of this I continue to receive phone calls with these idiots trying to sell me more products when i have paid the first installment of one I have not yet received. Maybe someone out there could actually help but in my opinion it is not worth the trouble of actually using this company for anything. <br> I await any useful response that could see this company gain some respect back
