Still Awaiting Delivery Of Stock

I took out a WiFi contract that supposedly came with a free WiFi extender at the store, Once it was all approved I was informed that they did not have stock of the extender, and that they would receive stock of it that week once they receive the stock they would call me to com e and collect my extender it has now been 5 weeks and I am still waiting for the call. I have called the store to find out what is happening to be told that I should call back in an hour as they are in Pretoria and not at The Glen, If I knew there would be such an issue with getting stock I would not have taken the contract out with Telkom.
