Still awaiting correspondence
<p>I requested a call back twice on their website. I also app**** for a landline and I'm still awaiting Telkom to call me back. This would be my third enquiry in three weeks, and I've heard nothing back from them! Pathetic! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Telkom called me shortly after this review. The lady told me that the technical team could take up to between 7-21 work days. I'm not willing to wait that long, because I've waited for three weeks already. I demand this process to be escalated to a manager!
I'm not happy, hence the reason for never going to take ADSL Bundles with you. I'll rather take somewhere else where I can be contacted immediately.
I'm now going to have to be without internet. And I'm someone that works from home. And that's the whole reason why I requested the landline early enough.
