STILL AWAITING CONFIRMATION

Hi There,<br> <br> I went and signed a contract at the Telkom Store in Cresta Mall - Johannesburg (I was there on Holiday). I am from Durban. I signed up for the Macbook Air 13.3 Inch , 500MB for R699 per month for 24 Months. I signed this contract on the 27th March 2016. The guy that dealt with me said he will call me Tuesday/Wednesday to confirm if I have been approved. I tried calling them, but theres never any answer. I tried talking to a agent on the Telkom site. They weren't much of any help. I went into my local Telkom store in Durban, Chatsworth. The lady told me that apparently my contract has not been approved yet, but nor is it declined. Its pending. <br> <br> And it is now 20th April 2016, and I still have NOT heard anything whatsoever from Telkom. Which is seriously ridiculous. All i want to know is if my contract has been approved. And when can i pick up my Laptop.
