still awaiting a response about my complaint

i am still awaiting for a call from telkom to sort out myt query that was raised on the 28th of December 2015.<br> my reference number is SM179884 and the person who sent me a reply via hello peter is Lindani.<br> <br> the contract in question is due for an upgrade by the end of this month i do not understand why is telkom dragging their feet. the telkom shop is also so unhelpful since they do not evn know what we are asking of them<br> <br> i would like a response as soon as possible else i would have no other option but to approach social media. <br>
