still awaiting a call two weeks later

<p>I got a response from a lady two weeks ago saying that the account department from Telkom will call me still nothing no even a email to say that we will be in contact or we busy with the matter and now i get an email from a debt collector saying i owe R7000 for the item which i never used. Please please please can someone get in contact with me as this is pathetic service to recieve</p>
