"Still and Again" Telkom account interdepartmental communications.

<p>This is now already an old case, yet Telkom does not get it to communicate inter departmental. After I received confirmation from a Telkom representative that all the additional cost that I was charged for will be removed. A TINY amount of just R7.21 was not removed and every month I am seeing this amount still lying there. Telkom can you for once and for all remove the so called arrears of R7.21. Please demonstrate your competence in this matter.</p> <p>Thank you very very much.</p>
