Stil waiting for my landline and adsl

I placed an order online for a telephone line on the 16th of Jan. Only to phone telkom on the 19to actualy create a account.... Why do you have online Registration? Aftercallng alot they finally said to me that a technician is on his way Monday the 12of Feb and he wil be there between 11-5 during the day. I had to take off from work just to call telkom at 5 waiting another 20min to be answered... Being told they don't handle it and putting me threw to another section waiting another 15min to be told there was an error on the system and she will escalate the call. The next day at 5 I called again... Waiting for my landline to be told that noone escalated my call and that they will escalate it now..... ? I realy don't know why its that hard to come activate adsl on the landline.... Hoping this may speed things up
