*****sters keep on hacking Telkom e-mail account

*****sters had hacked my Telkom e-mail address where-after they had altered my banking details and then made customers pay money into bogus accounts. This started in May and I had reported it to the police and to Telkom. I even visited their office in Menlyn twice. The first time the technician change my login details, but it occurred again. I then visited the office again and brought it to the personal attention of the Branch Manager on 3 October. Numerous emails later, and the problem still persists - the ********s tried to do it again this morning. I had for instance requested additional information on 18 October, but till now, no reply. Because of this I'm not sure if they are taking this type of ********ity serious, which is very disappointing.
