Stereotyping at its disgustingly best...

I have never been treated this badly. Firstly when I asked to speak to a manager I was told that she was not in and that I would get a call in the morning. I later was told by an employee that she had told them to tell customers that she was not in as she did not feel like dealing with customers. When I approached her she was extremely arrogant and refused to help, speaking over me. I took a photo of her and threatened to post it on FB and she laughed and said that she wished she had smiled for the photo. Prior to this though I had been accused of *****ing an employees cellphone. Making a scene in front of customers she kept shouting that I had ****** her phone. Eventually I even checked my pockets because she was so convincing. After about 15min of being called a ***** she opened her drawer and found her cellphone lying on the top. She did not apologize she just continued with her job ignoring the fact. I will be taking this further as I do not think it is legal to falsely accuse your customers of theft and I was really quite embarrassed by the situation. The customers witnessing this behind me left believeing that I had ****** the cellphone.

Hi Telkom, are you ever going to contact me regarding the above situation? This has just snowballed into a much worse situation and you guys refuse to assist? Do I need to seek legal advice?
