I stunned by a superb service Ms P Mdluli gave me at Telkom shop 2nd floor, I has been struggling to do a SIM Swap did call Telkom customer care numerous times and did visit the branch in Pinetown but they could not assist, Ms Mdluli she saw that the SIM is suspended she made numerous calls asking them to remove suspension on the my number that she assisted me with a SIM Swap, because of her Stella service I ended up opening a new 24 months contract with Telkom, she works at Telkom shop situated above Game store
