Stella customer care agent

I called telkom customer service only to listen to an automated voice saying all the call centre agents were busy. I help on for approx. 10 mins, frustrated and my mind was set on complaining about this after the call as it was urgent. Then The customer care agent named STELLA surely went out of her way to solve my problem, she was sweet and polite and interested in listening to the problem I had. I would rate telkom 1/10 for trying to get through to a consultant but because of Stella's attitude and the passion in her voice to help others, i would rate telkom 10/10. Stella is an asset to your company and she deserves many compliments for keeping your customers happy and satisfied. Thank you STELLA.
