Steer Clear of Telkom Internet Service Provider

We have not had any internet connection because of Telkom’s gross incompetence and inability to offer an effective service for three weeks! We have spent about 15 hours on the phone with their inept advisors, to no avail. They do not offer a service to customers and cannot do their job.Telkom internet service providers, provide useless service. Those who operate the call centre are out of their depth. They admit as much! They do not have the relevant technical expertise to perform their job. We are paying for a non service in spite of not having any internet connectivity. We have cancelled our Telkom account. The cancellation terms don’t allow you to contract with another internet service provider for a month. Telkom are as shambolic in the ISP space as ESKOM is in its destruction of the electricity grid. Do you homework and seek a reliable and competent internet service provider. Steer clear of Telkom with a barge pole. They will damage your health and your business
