Steer away From Telkom. Poor service

Extremely poor service are received from Telkom. Have paid my account 4 days ago to be reconnected but are still waiting. Whenever I call I hear about 24 to 48hours waiting period but they can just not resolve my matter. Extremely poor and unprofessional service.
