Steeling our money after cancelation

I will never again recommend Telkom to anyone ever. They are *******, fast to take your money every month but **** at helping. I canceled our wifi contact last month this month they made a dubble deduction taking my grocery money, then they block there account i cant dispute or reverse our money. We will never do business with them again. I want my money back i will open a case agains them. How will we survive this month. No food. Thanks for your ****tup service, good for nothing.
