*****ing our money

I have phoned them maltiple times to stop my contract as it has been 2 years, in four monthes they did not take any money en nou the took the amount of R600+- when i asked to stop the contract, i have been calling them how many times and they just refuse to answer my calls, can any one just help me sort this out!
